Mission Statement: "On behalf of its member libraries, the Consortium provides access to a shared library automation system, will share library resources, will provide access to databases and other electronic information sources at reduced cost, will exchange knowledge and skills in library automation, and will provide liaison between member libraries, and other library agencies or groups."
