Governance:  A Board of Directors, consisting of the presidents of each member college, heads the WISPALS Library Consortium.  It is advised by an Executive Committee, consisting of the library directors from each member college.  Kim LaPlante, Library Manager at Northeast WisconsinTechnical College, is the current Chair of the WISPALS Executive Committee.  Gateway Technical College serves as the Consortium's fiscal agent and Waukesha County Technical College houses the Consortium servers.
